I put the loudspeaker in a small bassbox in our much too small but fine Proberaum. Only for a thomann 5-string it is not usable due to lack of membrane area. Goes amazingly loud the little one
Affordable, good midton driver (Studio 8 M replacement)

At 2 of my 4 Fane Studio 8M? S probably rest period - conditionally unfortunately the Schwingspule fixed. Recone thomann Kit - negative! So - as uncomplicated as possible. Building suitable housings is not the problem as a carpenter, but I am skeptical about simulation programs or similar computer solutions. So I put the Pro 8 simply once in the existing 7 (seven) l reflex thomann housing (Fane monitor tuning, theoretical - 80 Hz almost linear) And decided to stay with this solution because of my (ok, subjective) perceptions. In the combi with the corresponding (canceled) ball - wave horns - 3.5 K - passive - and the "Jericho" horns with thomann Visaton WSP 26 S, which are actively separated downwards from 120 Hz, neither I (ÜFü) nor my hobby - Deterioration; I personally would even claim the opposite. Ok, the efficiency is smaller. But with the sin. 30 W / 8 Ohm power amplifiers, the possible thomann sound pressure is still oversized and can be damaged by hearing. My opinion: Strong, clean-sounding mid-range speakers from 100/120 to 3500 Hz, In this prize league (incl. Aluminum casting basket and pole clamps in good usable quality) unrivaled.
